Debbie is an Executive Coach, who offers leadership interventions, individual and team coaching, mentoring, and consultancy in talent management. She quickly builds strong relationships, creating a climate of trust and support, helping raise clients’ self-awareness and challenge or stretch their thinking.

With more than 20 years of corporate experience in leadership, HR, strategic business partnering and talent management, including 15 years with the John Lewis Partnership, Debbie’s qualifications include a BA (Hons), Dual ICF accreditation, a Postgraduate Certificate in Talent and Career Management, NLP Master, and Transactional Analysis and Thinking Environment Practitioner certification.
