Hayley is an Executive PA and gatekeeper to the CEO, thus allowing Victoria to focus on key strategic and business areas. With oversight of administrative planning, internal communications and process support, Hayley ensures the smooth running of City CV’s internal systems.

Before joining City CV, Hayley spent 17 years in client-facing, recruitment, and business administration roles, where she optimised operational management and service excellence by aligning people, processes and systems.
