Louise is an experienced, qualified Career Coach, CV writer and a Certified Career Transition Coach. After 10 years in arts and events production, she moved into HR & Talent Management in Financial Services at Goldman Sachs. She holds a CIPD Human Resources diploma as well as Chartered Membership of the CIPD. She is a member of the Professional Association of Resume Writers and Career Coaches.

With a coaching style that is adaptive and collaborative, Louise quickly builds trusting relationships and leverages that trust to help clients move out of their comfort zones, see possibilities and map a future path that is both aspirational and realistic.

Louise has cross-sector experience, including fin-tech, start-ups, financial publishing, charities and public services. She has a first-class honours degree in History of Design, an MA from the Royal College of Art in History of Design and a postgraduate certificate in the Psychology of Organisational Development and Change.
