Claire is an experienced Business Coach, Executive CV writer and Communications specialist.  A Warwick University graduate, her passion for writing led her originally to pursue a career as a journalist, training in print journalism and quickly moving to an emerging new medium of digital and video journalism with roles at the Press Association, GMTV and the BBC.

Claire then moved into communications and over the course of the next decade worked for some of the world’s best known businesses, including Santander, Ernst & Young and Visa, where she is currently Communications Director.

 In addition to her Honours degree in English and Theatre Studies, Claire holds a postgraduate diploma in Newspaper Journalism and qualifications from the Business Coaching Academy and the Worldwide Association of Business Coaches. She specialises in transition to senior leadership, building confidence and embedding resilience.
