Marie is a fully accredited Executive Coach with qualifications from the Academy of Executive Coaching and an Honours degree in European Studies. She works with a diverse range of cross-sector clients on career decision making, leadership transition, building confidence and self-esteem, and thinking ‘outside the box’. She explores key competencies and motivators, as well as supporting individuals to make the right life-changing decisions for themselves.

Marie has spent her professional career in recruitment and coaching, working in a variety of industry sectors, including banking, insurance, marketing, fitness and technology. She has seen success with clients across hierarchies, industries and functions, including senior executives, entrepreneurs, consultancy professionals, elite athletes, women returners, and anyone who finds themselves at a career or personal crossroads.
