She worked as a head-hunter and led In-House Executive Hiring teams in the UK, Canada, Russia and Hong Kong.

A Talent Expert, Paula is trained and qualified in psychometric and behavioural assessment, with certifications in SHL, MBTI and Thomas International. She is a highly experienced and qualified behavioural interviewer, corporate trainer and key note speaker.

Paula is a multi-lingual (English/French/Spanish) dual national (British-Canadian) and true global citizen. She holds Psychology and Sociology Degrees from the University of Ottawa, Canada and a Master’s in Human Rights from the University of Sussex, UK.
